We had a wonderful evening at the Kent CIPD Awards 2018 and are so incredibly proud and delighted to have won Consultancy of the Year.
The award recognised our work with our clients and specifically, the support we gave to a client who acquired another business. We assisted them with the integration of the people from each business, ensuring a smooth transition. Through the coaching of senior management, we worked together to change mindsets and behaviours, on how to manage and develop the workforce, this led to significant growth and winning a business of the year award.
