Since finding Dakota Blue through a regional search on Google for HR advice, we have been building a relationship with them ever since. Dakota Blue runs an excellent communication training session which is based around understanding your own disc profile and also recognising the different elements of disc profiles in others.   Ineffective communication can a cost a business time, money and damage relationships.

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic we found ourselves in the unfortunate situation of having to make one of our employees redundant.
