Our MD, Jackie Brooker, attracted an audience of over 50 people at the Kent CIPD Conference on 22nd November 2018 demonstrating the interest and challenges this topic presents for key HR professionals in industries across Kent. Jackie presented the journey that development has taken over the last 20 years and the challenges and opportunities for businesses to create a culture of learning and development ensuring that all employees, regardless of generation, can contribute to learning in any organisation.
