We wanted to share our fantastic news with you. We had a wonderful evening at the Kent CIPD Awards 2018 on Friday and are so incredibly proud and delighted to have won Consultancy of the Year.
The award recognised our work with our clients and specifically, the support we gave to a client who acquired another business. We assisted them with the integration of the people from each business, ensuring a smooth transition. Through the coaching of senior management, we worked together to change mindsets and behaviours, on how to manage and develop the workforce, this led to significant growth and winning a business of the year award.
We also sponsored the HR Rising Star award at the event which identifies up-and-coming HR practitioners, that are set for a bright future as leaders and innovators in the profession.
This was a great opportunity for us to recognise new and growing talent in the industry, and as a consultancy we felt this award aligns well with our own visions and values of unlocking people potential.
